Yes!! Absolutely. We at This Seat Taken believe in keeping to your brand as much as possible.
If you are able or have a designer who is able to design a high-res file you are welcome to upload it to our system. If not we are happy to help set you up with one of our designers to create a design just for you!
We ask you upload your files as high-res 300 DPI 100% scale. We accept JPG, PNG, EPS and PDF files scaled to proper size with 0.25px bleed on all sides. If you have issues creating these files please reach out to our creative department who would love to help!

If you are uploading your own design? No. If you need help finalizing a file to print correctly? A little bit, yes. And if you want to work with one of our talented in house designers to make a design that suits your brand perfect? Yes. These costs will be discussed when you reach out with what you require.
Standard sized seats. These are all 38in long and stick to the top and bottom of each chair. If you need something longer or shorter reach out! We are happy to help anyway we can.
Not a problem. We have designed these to fit most chairs however we know not all chairs are alike. Email us at [email protected] with your size requests and we will let you know what we can do!
Not every chair, or message, is alike. Some chairs have the room to fit something larger and others don’t. We also understand that if you want a large brand message or story the larger width would help with that! It’s all about your personal preference.
100 lb stock. You can get text stock which we suggest for indoor use, or a synthetic stock for outdoor use.
We have a 100 lb synthetic paper stock that we use for outdoor use.
Minimum orders are 250, but there is no maximum order! We ask you reach out and talk to a sales representative if you are going to need a number larger than listed on our order page.
Once the PDF has been approved they will be out the door 5-7 days later!
Our shipping and handling will be extra and we will be quoted separately depending on the quantity, and how quickly you want them delivered. We primarily use Fedex!
